We loved the view and location of this hotel, right next to the highway and near the fort in this city. The hotel facilities were great, including a restaurant with beautiful views and all necessary amenities in the rooms like heater and bed warmer. The staff were courteous, polite, and willing to help us out with a wifi dongle when the regular wifi was down.

The room had breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks, and the staff were accommodating and polite. the hotel was conveniently located near an adventure park and a family-friendly amusement park within walking distance. The food quality was top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the special masala chai.

Basic amenities like a toiletry set or a room heater were missing, and there was no iron or hair dryer available. air conditioning was unnecessary due to the cold weather.

The location on the hills was perfect for enjoying the scenic beauty of the greater Himalayas. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, along with the added bonus of a balcony with a view. The hotel also served a delicious breakfast that was hygienic and tasty.
